PW Day
It was a whole day of PW for me. . Managed to dig out some time to blog after finishing my editing on the powerpoint slides. . Finally sorted out a way to integrate the interview abstract into the slides. . .Cool. . But i was too lazy to do the rest. . Leave it till tomorrow to do. . Anyway we have got 3 hrs to spare before the presentation starts. .
My brother yesterday taught me some basic flash techniques and was eager to show it off this morning to my classmates. . This ended out in embarrassment instead as i realised that my bro had not taught me the beginning steps and i was struggling to find a way to start. . Sijie then came shooting me like crazy. . What a basket. .
We got two group doing their PW oral presentation rehearsal today. . Andrew's group and Sophia's group. . Sophia's group was the first to go. . And Sophia the first to begin. . Wow. . She was loud. . (she always is). . Sijie next to go. . Haha. . He should be the second dancing king(after me). . Got the sianz look on his face, always referring to his script and spoke with a monotonous voice. . Waigang was perhap the best in the group. . Have to admit his crapping is superb! The way he present was not bad too. . Audrey was. . erm. . Quite ok. . Except mispronounced some of the words and lack eye contact with us. .
Andrew's group next to present, Andrew started first. . Could see he was trying hard to impress although he was nervous. . Try to put his points across in a light hearted way but i found it slightly too informal. . His hand gestures were somehow too exasgerating. . And kept on looking in other direction instead of at his audience. . Nevertheless, he was loud and clear in his voice. .
Sylvia. . Kelvin said she is good in the sense that she is clear in her pronunciation. .Agreed with him. . But she was hesitant while speaking and show little eye contact. . Liyun was. . the same old self. . Speaking too gently. . I was not really able to figure out what she was speaking on. . Could see she was nervous, and sorta stress over her performance. . Feel as though tears gonna flow out of her eyes when i looked at her. . Yiyang. . Nice hairstyle, look less like Chinese Ah Beng with spectacle on. . His presentation? He spoke with confident. . That's true. . But he was speaking so slowly. . Seem as though he was too hesitant of his point or trying to recall what he had memorised and miraculous, he managed to finish within 5minutes even as he was speaking slower than a tortoise walking. . Maybe he has too little to say? Andrew was speaking so fast and could not complete his points in 5minutes and he was able to do. .
It's totally nothing real interesting happening today that's why i am analysing their presentation. . If not for PW that kept me busy, this would have been a terribly boring day. .
