Principle in life is to do the best in everything. . never give up without giving his best shot. . =D
Victorious
Expended so much energy on my last entry that i could hardly find myself in the condition to send in another for so long. . . Wahahaa. . Rubbish. .!
It's SRJCian day. . . and. . i've intended to skip school actually. . . And well. . i eventually did it. . but i realised i have to. . . i find myself down with a flu. . . . Sneezing like crazy. . ! The weather these few days were great. . . but it's killing me. . .
Talk about what happened last few days. . . played an inter-house soccer game on Monday. . . Up against the Cetus side which consists of many school team players. . . Started the game as the dark horse. . . the dark pegasus. . . The odds were really against us to win the game. . . And then it started off. . . The Cetus team live up to their name, dominated the game, threatening to set up a possible thrashing game. . . With Mr Teng at the last man controlling the backline, and the impressive Yao yang holding the play and leading the attack at the mid line, it seem so impossible for us to even get onto the scoresheet. . . But. . . We showed that we were no push-over too. . . Though not able to get into the play and threaten the opponent with much attacking opportunities, the defense held up well against the progressive bombardments from the opposing side. . . Liang Shi was particularly impressive and effective as the last man, as the opponent find themselves having a hard time breaking down our stubborn defensive play. . . It look as though the game will go into half-time with no break-through until. . . a chance that came from nowhere emerged. . . Hong Da, our fellow 2S28 striker suddenly found himself in space, one of one with his ex-Monfortian counterpart Chun Ji. . . While everybody will think that the more technically inclined Chun Ji will have no difficulty taking on Hong da, read on . . By a stroke of luck, Hong Da did manage to get himself past Chun Ji and shoot. . . . ! The ball, though not accompanied with much force or power, miraculous got past the the desperate fully-sketched goalkeeper. . . A moment of brilliant. . .! Oh no. . A moment of sheer luck. . .! With this unexpected goal, we ended the first half, leading by 1-0. . . The second half started off with an even intense pressure from the opponent. . . For many times they were so close to scoring, if not from some brilliant saves from our school team goalkeeper Weiliang and some last minutes tackles from me and Liang Shi. . . Nevertheless, we managed to hold off the opponent attack and emerged victorious in the end. . . A good game for everybody. . . though it was rather an unexpected and uneasy win. . . . Wahaha. . . Look forward to the next game now, after securing two wins. . . Woohoo!!
