It's Bush Again

The headline read "It's another 4 more years for Bush. . " in Straits Times today. . . I was sort of disappointed with the result, though i am not an American. . Expect Kerry to win, admired him for his stand to focus more on the country's internal development rather than wasting the country's resources on external matters like the Taiwan straits affairs and the war against terroism. . I certainly did not expect that Americans, after all of what he had done during these fours years, still support Bush. . Well. . Really do know how many more American soldiers will be sacrified in the 'War on terroism', how many more muslims will turn their back at America, how many more incidents similar to Sept 11 will occur. . under Bush's rule. .

Enough of politics. . Enough of my 'showing off' on current affairs. . Today went to get my winter clothings with my Father. . I didn't really bought much, some winter clothings, disposable undergarments, glove, winter hat and two pairs of socks, and it cost me $136. . My Dad only agreed to sponsor my $100, had to pay $36 myself. . Oh my heart is aching!! That is a big hole in my pocket. . !

A interesting and hilarous event occurred later. . Went to the bank to change my atm card to the new type(the blue colour card). . Wanted my name to be engraved on it so the customer service officer helped me to fill in a form and printed my thumbprint on it. . She then asked for my IC to verify my particulars and checked my thumbprint. . . Suddenly. . She told me that the thumbprint i had just printed on the form does not match the one in the IC. . I was shocked. . ! Guess what happened next. . She found out that there is another IC sticked to the back of my IC and hence, she was matching the thumbprint of mine with the one inside the person's IC. . Haha. . Make another guess whose IC is this. .
I recalled that Sally had left her IC in my wallet and forgotten to get it back from. . I placed her IC exactly in the same position where i placed mine and they got stick together, resulting in the misunderstanding. . It was really an embarrassing and awkward scene, the customer service officer was practically laughing her way out. . She asked me whose IC does it belong to, but i didn't bother to say anything, just simply got my things and out of the Bank as soon as i had finish with the registration, not wanting to face this any longer. . . lOlx. . What an unusual incident!

Didn't watch the match, but was happy to see Liverpool winning 1-0 away to Deportivo, surely now there is higher chance for Liverpool to advance to the next round. . Heard from Si Jie that Biscan played well. . Good manz. . With Cisse having broke his leg and out for the whole season, and Gerrard still in the injury list(won't be back till mid November), it will be difficult for Liverpool to progress in the Leagues and Cups. . Can only place hope on the likes of Alonso, Risse, Baros and now Biscan. . ? Hopefully, his form will be consistent. .

Anyway. . Tomorrow is A level chinese exam. . . Didn't really care much about it. . Not confident to get A1 or A2 and a B3 or below is as good as a D7. . What is the point of studying? I also don't believe in studying for chinese. . because i never. . So let heaven decide my fate. .
