Finally had the first v3 training for many months today. . . Although the attendance wasn't very good(only 8 turned up), managed to make good use of the training by having a match with some chinese nationals whom were occupying the field. . . They wasn't some great team, but showed great physical abilities. . They were strong and hardworking. . . However, they played no threat to us. . We were basically toying around with them with our passes, runs and dribbles. . . Lester and Kelvin combined almost perfectly at the front. . Jia Le has been improving tremendously since the last few trainings and match, and today, he showed me his ability to fill in both the defensive role and attacking role well. . Ce Jie biggest advantage was his ability to keep calm and cool throughout the match, and today, his performance showed that he has made slight improvements in his ball control and passes. . Edwin is good as a full back, tackles well and is able to support the attack occasionally, however he has got the biggest disadvantage of being too small in size. . Wei Jie's performance today made me consider to play him in the centre, he got the ability to tackle and timed all his tackles relatively well. . . Nevertheless, there is still many rooms for him to improve before i can really put him at the position with my mind at peace. . Jing Jie didn't really impressed, but showed some significant improvement in his offensive plays, he has a lot to work on as compared to others as his improvement is rather slow and small compared to his fellow midfielders. . Lastly me. . . Well. . I just thought i flared quite ok? My defensive role was relatively well but the part on the attacking. . Just failed to get the crosses in accurately until the last minute, where i made a sharp and beautiful cross directly aimed at Kelvin who headed the ball into goal. . I've got an excuse for not impressing. . Haven't been playing soccer for some time. .

v3. . also known as Victory FC. . Founded and named by me, two years ago. . Enjoyed a long winning steak since it is formed. . However, this glory did not come for granted. . v3 is a team that had undergone many revolution before it was finally formed. . The team started off 5 years ago with a group of players consisting mainly of those born in 1986(i was the only 1987 then), led by a person who had now left the team. . Then, getting thrashed with the scoreline of 10-0 or more was more than common. . Later on, it was reformed and a group of younger guys(those born in 1988, Lester, Ce Jie etc etc) came joined us and became our youth team. . The new team was named Royal Palace(ugly name. . I'm not the one who came out with it) and i was the vice-captain. . We got slightly better, we were still thrashed but the scoreline this time is less than 10-0. . The team continued for around one years before it was disbanded after some internal conflicts. . Fate brought us together two years ago. . Started v3. . Consists of mainly the younger players and few of us from the pioneer team, i was elected the captain(=P) . . All of us has improved then. . And the cycle turns around. . It was our turn to thrashed people. . Ever since then, we has not lose to a team that we had played with. . Hehe. .
